Filing Complaints

  • All complaints must be submitted in writing as per the format provided in our website: giving all necessary details.
  • Each complaint will have a complaint number and it will be processed immediately in the order in which they are received.
  • Where necessary, enclose documentary evidences (scanned copies of receipts etc) to help us solve your problem at the earliest.
  • Oral complaints may not be entertained.
  • For any enquiries related to this office you may telephone using the number 080-23344255 during the office hours (10.00am - 5.30pm).


All professional colleges (medical, dental, engineering and pharmacy etc…) are requested to upload information pertaining to their fee structure and fee collected from each student admitted for the year 2013-14 on the college website immediately.

Students admitted to the Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges can send their grievance, if any, by either e-mail:,  or register in the website.
