Filing Complaints

  • All complaints must be submitted in writing as per the format provided in our website: www.ksmdamc.org giving all necessary details.
  • Each complaint will have a complaint number and it will be processed immediately in the order in which they are received.
  • Where necessary, enclose documentary evidences (scanned copies of receipts etc) to help us solve your problem at the earliest.
  • Oral complaints may not be entertained.
  • For any enquiries related to this office you may telephone using the number 080-23344255 during the office hours (10.00am - 5.30pm).

Colleges

All professional colleges (medical, dental, engineering and pharmacy etc…) are requested to upload information pertaining to their fee structure and fee collected from each student admitted for the year 2013-14 on the college website immediately.

Students admitted to the Medical, Dental and Engineering Colleges can send their grievance, if any, by either e-mail: ksmdamc@gmail.com, info@ksmdamc.org  or register in the website.
* Information submitted by the candidates will be kept confidential wherever necessary
